Sales Manager: Kimberley


  • R21 000 basic plus cell phone, commission (can be ± R2 000 – R10 000 pm).
  • Company vehicle will be provided for travelling.

The purpose of the job:

  • Achieves maximum sales profitability and growth within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s products and related services.
  • Personal contacts and secures new business accounts/customers.


  • National Senior Certificate
  • 2-3 Years Cold calling External Sales experience in a business to business sales environment
  • Cold calling to mining companies (Will be beneficial)
  • Any construction- or mining-equipment, or Automotive Spares related sales rep experience will be beneficial
  • Management experience
  • Willing to travel and regular sleep-outs
  • Prior track record of achievement in positions with significant accountability
  • Computer literate
  • This vacancy may require availability before and after hours
  • Communication skills in both English and Afrikaans
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Own Transport

Duties will include:

  • Calling on, and visiting new clients in order to reach targets
  • Quotations / Invoicing
  • Set targets for each member of the future sales team
